- East Region Champions
- Eighth consecutive state tournament appearance.
- Consecutive state tournament appearances: 2005-07 (3); 2014-21 (8).
- Their first appearance in 2005 where in pool play they lost to East Ridge and defeated Loretto and USJ. In bracket play they lost to Goodpasture.
- They won their only championship in 2016 after defeating Page, Dyersburg, Sullivan South, and Signal Mountain, not losing a single set in the tournament, finishing the season (33-11).
- They finished as runners-up for the third consecutive time in 2019 after defeating Harpeth Hall, losing to Briarcrest, defeating Baylor, and losing to Briarcrest, 3-1.
- Their last appearance was in 2020 where they lost to Briarcrest then defeated St. Agnes before losing to Baylor, finishing in third place.
