IAA member (1913)
Founded as Jessie Mai Aydelott College in 1892, then operated as Woolwine School (1893-1895), Rolla and Farris School (1896-1900), and Brandon's Training School (1901-1904). In 1906, it briefly became the University of Middle Tennessee for one year before the teacher training program moved to Murfreesboro. The school operated as Fitzgerald and Clark Preparatory School from 1910 until it destroyed by fire in March 1922.
