Brice Hall's career was steeped in dedication and service to the world of sports, a legacy that was officially recognized with his 1991 induction into the TSSAA Hall of Fame. Born on October 10, 1910, Hall had a rich connection to sports and education from an early age, contributing significantly to both fields until his death on December 15, 1995.

Hall's journey began with his commitment as a teacher and coach at Lebanon High School from 1938 to 1942. During his tenure, he took on the roles of football coach and both girls' and boys' basketball coach. His involvement in sports extended beyond the high school level, as he worked numerous TSSAA football bowl games and playoff games, marking his invaluable contribution to high school sports in Tennessee. Moreover, Hall's participation in the 1957 TSSAA Boys State Basketball Tournament highlighted his dedication and service to the association.

Apart from his involvement with TSSAA, Hall's career was diverse and commendable. He was an original member of the Central Tennessee Football Officials’ Association, showing his foundational influence in the officiating community. Hall's prowess wasn't limited to the high school sphere; he also officiated college football and basketball in the Ohio Valley Conference, served as a coach at Lenoir-Rhyne College in North Carolina, and even spent three years umpiring professional baseball.

Before his illustrious career in teaching, coaching, and officiating, Hall was a distinguished athlete himself, earning eleven letters in athletics at Cumberland University. His exceptional contributions as an athlete were recognized with his induction into the Cumberland University Sports Hall of Fame.
