Smyrna Bowling Center is one of the largest, most modern bowling centers in the state of Tennessee. The facility covers 50,000+ square feet and features 52 lanes.
The TSSAA state championships have been held at Smyrna Bowling Center every year since bowling became a sanctioned sport in 2001.
Due to the COVID Sports Regulations and Rules Modifications approved by the TSSAA Board of Control and the COVID-19 regulations put in place in conjunction with the Governor's Office, CDC, and State Deparment of Health, specifically the limiting of attendance to 1/3 capacity, the tournament will be held without spectators present. Only participating bowlers and their approved coaches will be allowed in the bowling center during their portion of the tournament. Teams will not be allowed to enter the center during the individual portions of the tournament. We have discussed and explored multiple options including limited tickets for spectators and multiple venues, and though this is the last thing we want to do, we have determined this is the best option in order to be able to conduct the tournament at all this year.
Parking is free at the Smyrna Bowling Center but spaces are limited. Do NOT park at the apartments behind the bowling center or the businesses nearby. Parking is also prohibited on Weakley Lane.
The concession stand at the Smyrna Bowling Center will be open to purchase breakfast, lunch, and snack items. No outside food or drink will be allowed inside.
The Smyrna Bowling Center is handicap accessible with designated handicap parking.
