- Their first appearance was in 1960 where they defeated Soddy Daisy before losing to Buchanan in the Quarterfinals, 60-34.
- They won their only championship in 1971 after defeating McNairy Central, Gallatin, and Jackson Central-Merry, finishing the season (30-2).
- They finished as runners-up for a third time in 1982 after defeating Mitchell and Mt. Juliet before losing to Smyrna , 45-43.
- Their last appearance was in 2020 where they defeated Bradley Central in the Quarterfinals and would have faced Arlington in the Semifinals, however, the tournament was cancelled due to COVID. They finished their season (31-6).
