Won the TSSAA State Championship in Class 5A in 2000 with a 15-0 record
His 1978 team finished as TSSAA State Runner-up
Left Red Bank in 2002 and went to Georgia for two years and then returned to TN at Soddy Daisy High School
Coached at Soddy Daisy from 2004 until 2007
Retired in 2007
